By accessing or using Adcpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Adcpace is a platform that facilitates connections between businesses ("Users") and advertising agencies ("Agencies"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Marketplace Disclaimer
- We do not own, control, or inspect the ad spaces listed on the site.
- We are not a party to any contract entered into between Users and Agencies.
- We are not responsible for the conduct of any User or Agency, or for the quality of the services provided.
3. User Responsibilities
For Businesses: You are responsible for verifying the identity and legitimacy of any Agency before making payments. Adcpace does not guarantee the existence or quality of any ad space.
For Agencies: You must represent your inventory accurately. Misleading listings, scam activities, or fraudulent behavior will result in an immediate ban and potential legal action.
4. Payments & Refunds
Adcpace does not process payments for ad bookings. All financial exchanges occur directly between the Business and the Agency. Consequently, Adcpace cannot issue refunds. Refund requests must be directed to the applicable Agency in accordance with their specific policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Adcpace be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, financial loss due to scams, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our platform.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
