Platform License

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service, Adcpace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Adcpace platform for your personal or internal business purposes (e.g., booking ads or listing inventory).

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Scrape, copy, or duplicate the content of ad listings for competitive purposes.
• Reverse engineer the platform source code.
• Use the platform to spam agencies or businesses.
• Use the Adcpace brand or logo without explicit written permission.

3. User Content License

By posting ad listings ("Content") on Adcpace, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content on our platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Adcpace may terminate your license at any time if you violate any terms of this policy. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform.
