Platform Disclaimer
Adcpace is a marketplace facilitator. We connect businesses with Ad Agencies. We do not own the ad spaces, nor do we directly process payments for bookings. All financial transactions, agreements, and bookings are strictly between the Business User and the Ad Agency.
1. Role of Adcpace
Adcpace provides the technology platform to discover, inquire, and manage outdoor advertising campaigns. We are not a party to any rental agreement or transaction between users.
- Adcpace is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes regarding ad space quality or availability.
- Adcpace does not hold funds on behalf of agencies or businesses.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
Any request for a refund, cancellation, or modification of a booking must be directed to the Ad Agency with whom you made the booking.
Each Ad Agency may have its own specific refund and cancellation policies. It is your responsibility to review and agree to these terms with the agency before making any payment.
Tip: Always discuss terms clearly in the chat before finalizing any payment.
3. Verification & Safety
We strongly advise all users to:
- Verify the authenticity of the Ad Agency before transferring funds.
- Look for the Verified Badge on agency profiles, but do your own due diligence.
- Use the Adcpace chat system to keep a record of all negotiations and agreements.
- Do not send payments outside of agreed official channels.
Adcpace is not liable for any financial loss resulting from scams, fraudulent agencies, or disputes.
4. Contacting Support
If you believe an agency is acting fraudulently or violating our terms, please report them to us immediately so we can take action (such as suspending their account).
